摘要
巴西深水盐下油田的盐上地层钻井机械钻速低,无隔水管钻井井段难以钻至设计深度,以致井身结构复杂,存在井眼报废的风险。为此,在巴西L油田尝试采用了表层动态压井技术。实行表层动态压井,关键在于及时满足对钻井液的需求。通过研究解决钻井液的性能、用量及现场快速配置等技术问题,成功将该技术应用于L油田NWX井28″井段作业中。应用结果表明,该技术能够有效提高深水表层机械钻速和钻进深度,从而将井身结构由五开简化为四开,缩短了工期,节约了钻井费用。
The ROP is low in the sub - salt formation drilling in Brazil deep water pre - salt oil field, and it is difficult to drill to the designed depth in riserless section, which leads to the complicated wellbore structure and even the well failed. In order to solve this problem, Brazil L oilfield first adopted the Pump and Dump surface dynamic well killing technology. Through the study of drilling fluid pefformance, drilling fluid volume estimation and rapid field blending technology, the technology has been successfully applied to NWX well 28"drilling operation in L oil- field. The field application results show that the technique can effectively improve the ROP and drilling depth, thus simplifying the well structure from five to four phase, saving a total period of about 17 clays and saving about 15 million US dollars in drilling cost, which provides a basis for improving the quality and efficiency of L oil field, and provides a good reference for the development of other similar Brazil deepwater oil fields.
