Analysis on U.S. Government Initiating the Large-scale Trade War on China

自2018年3月以来,中美贸易摩擦不断升级。美国对华发动大规模贸易战的原因可以归纳为:中国深入推进人民币国际化战略对美元霸权构成挑战;中兴和华为等中国企业的发展触动了美国科技界的关键领域;针对"中国制造2025"战略规划;美国的寅吃卯粮与霸权主义及单边主义交织在一起的文化使然;遏制中国发展并对中国经济及其反制能力有误判。只有合作共赢才是符合中美关系长远利益的最佳方式。

Sino-US trade frictions have been escalating since March, 2018. The trade war imposed by U.S. government is because of China＇s strategy of RMB making challenge for dollar hegemony, the booming of Chinese enterprises like ZTE corporation and Huawei group touching the core of U.S. scientific and technological circles, ＂Made in China 2025＂ program, U.S. government＇s cultural traditions of deficit spending, hegemonism and unilateralism and U.S. government trying to contain China＇ development but misjudging countermeasures. Therefore, win-win cooperation China＇s economy development and China＇s s the best way for Sino-U.S. long-term interests.
