会展专业参与者满意度及影响因素研究——以郑州市为例 被引量:1

摘要 在会展市场竞争日益激烈的情况下,会展满意度成为评价会展活动、会展城市的重要指标,也是改善会展专业化服务的重要参考。基于在郑州市调研的247个样本数据,用排序logit模型研究会展专业参与者的满意度和影响因素,模型使用郑州展会的规模评价、会展中心的综合评价、郑州展会的服务水平评价作为满意度的3个视角,结果表明:性别、绿化设施、人员服务、对展会关注度、展台搭建、人员服务、参展预期等变量对满意度有显著影响。 Event industry plays a strong role in promoting economic development for destination city and drives the finance,logistics,advertising,tourism and other related industry development. Event industry is developing rapidly in China,and many cities realize the important role of Event. In the increasingly corn petitive market conditions of event,satisfaction has become the important indices for evaluation of Event. Base on Zhengzhou data, this study used order logit model to analyze professional exhibition participant satisfaction and influencing factors. In order to analyze in detail major participant satisfaction, this paper decomposed the satisfaction into three indicators. Firstly, scale evaluation of the exhibition will focus on the overall development level of Zhengzhou Event which is a professional participants evaluation scale and stage of development of Zhengzhou exhibition. Secondly, comprehensive evaluation for Zhengzhou interna tional convention and exhibition center, mainly in view of the overall evaluation of Zhengzhou international convention and exhibition center venues, including venue management level, infrastructure, hardware sys tern evaluation and so on. Thirdly,evaluation of Zhengzhou exhibition service level, focusing on the soft power of event,is the evaluation of a range of services in the exhibition process. The results show thatgen der, green facilities, personnel, services, attention, booth, personnel service, the expectations and other vari ables have significant effects on satisfaction. In order to promote satisfaction, the event related subject could offer innovation service, promote green facilities,improve overall publicity, and offer humanized service.
