We have strong practical need to discuss the generative teaching theory and its application in the context of legal undergraduate classroom. It is helpful to the realization of the training goal of the legal undergraduate, the open discussion of the teaching content, the implementation of the legal teaching method and the overcoming of the malpractice of the preformed teaching in practicing the generative teaching in the legal undergraduate classroom. In order to practice it, we expect the improvement of legal teachers＇ basic teaching quality, the judging ability of the generative resource, the strain ability of occasional teaching incident and the self-examination ability of generative teaching etc.
