摘要
在法学本科课堂语境下探讨生成性教学理论及其应用存在较强的现实需求。法学本科课堂践行生成性教学,有助于法学本科教育培养目标实现、教学内容开放性研讨、法学教学方法施行和预成性教学弊端克服。法学本科课堂践行生成性教学,期待法学教师基本教学素养、生成性资源判断、偶发性事件应变和生成性教学反思等一系列素质和能力的提升。
We have strong practical need to discuss the generative teaching theory and its application in the context of legal undergraduate classroom. It is helpful to the realization of the training goal of the legal undergraduate, the open discussion of the teaching content, the implementation of the legal teaching method and the overcoming of the malpractice of the preformed teaching in practicing the generative teaching in the legal undergraduate classroom. In order to practice it, we expect the improvement of legal teachers' basic teaching quality, the judging ability of the generative resource, the strain ability of occasional teaching incident and the self-examination ability of generative teaching etc.
