多元建构视域下民族地区贫困治理研究——以湖北恩施土家族苗族自治州巴东县为例

Research on poverty governance in fthnic areas from the perspective of multi-construction——Take the example of Badong county of Enshi Tujia and Miao autonomous prefecture

论文以国家级贫困县——巴东县为研究对象,从多元建构的视角,分析了民族地方贫困治理过程中面临的困境,主张强化服务意识,构建服务型政府;增强"贫困人群"脱贫意识,培养其行动者主体角色;引导社会组织平等参与;整合信息资源,打造信息共享平台;完善制度建设,提供制度保障等途径,以此来构建多元的贫困治理模式。

This paper takes badong county, a state level poverty stricken county, as the research ob ject. From the perspective of multiple constructions, this paper analyzes the difficulties faced in the process of local poverty management. We will be set up a diversified poverty governance model by strengthening service consciousness, strengthen the awareness out of poverty and cultivate their role as ac tors, to guide the equal participation of social organizations, integrating information resources to create an information sharing platform and improve institutional building and provide institutional support to build.
