摘要
围绕地方本科院校应用型人才的内涵定位,从"四特征三结构四层面"对其做再认知,阐述对地方本科院校应用型人才的理解,解构地方应用型人才的应用性、地方性、创新性、个性化特征和知识、能力、素养的内在结构,理清当下地方应用型人才培养目标、课程体系、培养模式中存在的弊端,进而优化重构地方本科院校应用型人才培养路径。
According to the connotation orientation of the applied talents of Local undergraduate colle ges and universities, it can be recognified from the 'Four features and three structures, fouelayers', and clarifies the author' s understanding of the applied talents in local universities and deconstructs theappli cation, local, innovative, individualized character risticsand knowledge, ability and literacy of local ap plied talents. In the structure, we can clarify the shortcomings of the training target, the curriculu system and the training mode of the present local applied talents, and then optimize and reconstruct the training path of the applied talents of local universities.
