钳夹式内固定钢板的临床应用

Use of Clamp-on Shapping Plate Implant for Comminuted Fracture

钳夹式内固定钢板具有"记忆"效应。它有一主干和3～4条相对应并弯成弧形的臂杆组成。可起到多点固定作用,又不影响关节活动,手术操作方便,取钢板容易。本文报道应用于有手术指征的各类短管状骨骨折64例,其中有随访结果的52例,全部骨性愈合。无一例畸形愈合。外固定时间短。关节功能均恢复良好。

The clamp-on shapping plate implant, composed of a main rod with 3～4 pairs of curved short arms attached on both sides of the rod, possesses multifixing action to the fracture without hindering the movement of the adjacent joints. It is especially useful for the fixation of comminuted fracture of the short tubural bones which are difficult to be fixed by other methods. In the period of 1987.8～1990. 2,64 cases of such fractures had been treated with this device. Followup results in 52 cases showed that all the fractures thus treated healed nicely without any case of malunion. Total duration of external immobilization was relatively shorter and the functional recovery of the joints also much better.
