Ccbe1、VEGF-C在子宫内膜癌中的表达及两者的关系

Expression of Ccbe1 and VEGF-C in endometrial cancer and their relationship

目的研究胶原和钙结合EGF区域1(Ccbe1)在子宫内膜癌中的表达及其与血管内皮生长因子-C(VEGF-C)的关系。方法选取60例子宫内膜癌患者作为观察组;同期选择子宫肌瘤患者40例作为对照组。检测两组子宫内膜中的Ccbe1和VEGF-C表达水平,并分析两个指标的关系。结果观察组Ccbe1和VEGF-C的阳性表达率均显著高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组有淋巴结转移和基层浸润程度>1/2者的Ccbe1和VEGF-C阳性表达率较高,Ccbe1与VEGF-C的阳性表达率成同向变化。结论 Ccbe1在子宫内膜癌中的阳性表达率较高,其与VEGF-C的阳性表达率、病情程度成同向变化,两种指标均参与了子宫内膜癌患者的病理生理变化。

Objective To study the expression of collagen and calcium binding EGF domains 1 （Ccbel） and vascular endothelial growth factor-C （VEGF-C） in endometrial cancer and their relationship. Methods A total of 60 patients with endometrial cancer were selected as observation group, 40 patients with uterine fibroids were selected as control group at the same time. The expression levels of Ccbel and VEGF-C in the endometrium of the two groups were detected, and the relationship between the two indexes was analyzed. Results The positive expression rates of Ccbel and VEGF-C in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group （P〈0.01）. The positive expression rates of Ccbel and VEGF-C in patients with lymph node metastasis and basal infiltration 〉1/2 were higher in the observation group, the positive expression rate of Ccbel and VEGF-C changed in the same direction. Conclusion The positive expression rate of Ccbel in endometrial cancer is high, it is in the same direction as the positive expression rate of VEGF-C and the degree of disease, and both indicators are involved in the pathophysiological changes in patients with endometrial cancer.
