腔内后装放疗分别结合调强放疗、三维适形放疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌的临床效果 被引量:5

摘要 目的比较腔内后装放疗分别结合调强放疗(IMRT)、三维适形放疗(3D-CRT)治疗中晚期宫颈癌的临床效果方法选取收治的76例中晚期宫颈癌患者,随机等分为A组与B组,各38例。A组予以IMRT结合腔内后装放疗,B组予以3D-CRT结合腔内后装放疗,对比两组疗效。结果 A组的治疗总有效率略高于B组,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。治疗后,A组的CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+、CD56^+水平均明显高于B组,IL-6水平明显低于B组(P<0.05)。结论中晚期宫颈癌实施腔内后装放疗分别结合IMRT、3D-CRT的疗效相似,但前者对患者造成的损伤小,对患者的免疫功能影响更小,推荐临床推广。 Objective To compare the clinical effect of intracavitary brachytherapy respectively combined intensity modulated radiation therapy (IMRT), three dimensional conformal radiotherapy (3D-CRT) in the treatment of advanced cervical cancer. Methods A total of 76 patients with advanced cervical cancer in the hospital were randomly divided into group A and group B, the group A was treated with IMRT combined with intracavitary brachytherapy, the group B was treated with 3D-CRT combined with intracavitary brachytherapy. The effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the group A was slightly higher than that in the group B, but the difference was not significant (P〉0.05). After treatment, the levels of CD3^+, CD4^+, CD8^+ and CD56^+ in the group A were significantly higher than those in the group B and the level of IL-6 was significantly lower than that in the group B (P〈0.05). Conclusion IMRT, 3D-CRT combined with intracavitary brachytherapy in advanced cervical cancer have similar effects, but the former causes less damage to patients and has less impact on immune function, and it is recommend to promotion in clinic.
