盐酸苯海索在帕金森病及帕金森综合征治疗中的应用效果 被引量:4

摘要 目的评估帕金森病及帕金森综合征治疗中盐酸苯海索的应用效果。方法选取2014年6月至2017年6月收入我院的36例帕金森病患者作为研究组,选取同一时期入院的36例帕金森综合征患者作为对照组。两组患者均选用盐酸苯海索治疗,对比两组患者的UPDRS评分、Berg平衡量表评分、室内平地30 m折返行走时间、治疗总有效率及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前,两组患者的UPDRS评分、Berg平衡量表评分及室内平地30 m折返行走时间比较,差异不显著(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的UPDRS评分均降低、Berg平衡量表评分均升高,室内平地30 m折返行走时间均缩短(P<0.05);但UPDRS评分、Berg平衡量表评分、室内平地30 m折返行走时间组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者的治疗总有效率及不良反应总发生率比较,差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论帕金森病及帕金森综合征治疗中盐酸苯海索的应用效果显著,可进一步缓解帕金森病及帕金森综合征患者的临床症状,还可对其步行、平衡功能予以有效改善,且不良反应发生率低,用药安全性高,值得推广应用。 Objective To evaluate the application effect of benzhexol hydrochloride in the treatment of Parkinson's disease and Parkinson's syndrome. Methods Thirty-six patients with Parkinson's disease admitted to our hospital from June 2014 to June 2017 were selected as study group. Thirty-six patients with Parkinson's syndrome admitted at the same period were selected as control group. Both groups were treated with diphenhydramine hydrochloride. The UPDRS scores, Berg balance scale scores, 30 m indoor flat walking time, total effective rate of treatment and adverse reactions of patients in the two groups were compared. Results Before treatment, there was no difference in the UPDRS scores, Berg balance scale scores and the 30 m indoor flat walking time between the two groups (P〉0.05). After treatment, the UPDRS scores decreased and Berg balance scale scores increased in the two groups, and 30 m indoor flat walking time shorten in the two groups (P〈0.05), but there were no significant differences in the UPDRS scores, Berg balance scale scores and 30 m indoor flat walking time between the two groups (P〉0.05). There were no significant differences in total effective rates of treatment and the total incidences of adverse reactions between the two groups (P〉0.05). Conclusion Benzhexol hydrochloride in the treatment of Parkinson's disease and Parkinson's syndrome has significant application effect, it can further relieve the clinical symptoms in patients with Parkinson's disease and Parkinson's, and effectively improve the walking and balance function, with low incidence of adverse reactions and high safety, it is worthy of popularization and application.
