促红细胞生成素受体激活剂辅助治疗维持性慢性肾脏病血透患者的疗效 被引量:1

Efficacy of erythropoietin receptor activator in adjuvant treatment of hemodialysis patients with maintenance chronic kidney disease

摘要 目的研究促红细胞生成素受体激活剂辅助治疗维持性慢性肾脏病(CKD)血透患者的临床疗效。方法选取医院2016年10月至2017年12月收治的98例维持性CKD患者为研究对象,将其按照入院顺序分为对照组和观察组,每组49例。对照组患者给予常规血透治疗,观察组患者在此基础上接受皮下注射促红细胞生成素受体激活剂进行治疗。比较两组患者治疗前、后的肾功能指标水平及不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,两组患者的Scr、BUN水平均降低,Ccr水平均升高,且观察组均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的不良反应总发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论促红细胞生成素受体激活剂辅助治疗维持性CKD血透患者的临床疗效显著,可明显改善肾脏功能,促进肾脏功能恢复,且治疗安全性较高,值得在临床推广。 Objective To study the clinical efficacy of erythropoietin receptor activator adjuvant therapy in hemodialysis patients with maintenance chronic kidney disease(CKD). Methods A total of 98 patients with maintenance CKD admitted in the hospital from October 2016 to December 2017 were selected as study objects. They were divided into control group and observation group according to the order of admission, with 49 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given conventional hemodialysis treatment, and patients in the observation group received erythropoietin receptor activator subcutaneous injection. The levels of renal function indicators before and after treatment and the incidences of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the levels of Scr and BUN decreased, and the level of Ccr increased in the two groups, and those in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P〈0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion The erythropoietin receptor activator adjuvant therapy on hemodialysis patients with maintenance CKD has significant clinical efficacy, it can significantly improve the renal function, promote renal function recovery, with high safety of treatment, it is worthy of clinical promotion.
