后腹腔镜下肾盂输尿管成形术治疗肾盂-输尿管连接部梗阻的临床经验

Clinical experience of retroperitoneoscopy pyeloureteroplasty in the treatment of ureteropelvic junction obstruction

目的探讨肾盂-输尿管连接部梗阻(UPJO)患者行后腔镜下肾盂输尿管成形术的经验体会。方法选取近6年在我科行后腹腔镜下肾盂输尿管形成术患者53例为研究对象,回顾性分析患者应用后腹腔镜下肾盂输尿管成形术的诊治情况。结果 53例患者手术均在后腹腔镜下顺利完成,术中证实输尿管狭窄3例是因输尿管周围纤维组织包裹造成,其余均为原发性输尿管管腔狭窄。术后通过随访发现,多数患者肾积水症状明显缓解。结论后腹腔镜下肾盂输尿管成形术治疗肾盂-输尿管连接部狭窄或梗阻是一种可靠的手术方式。

Objective To explore the experience of retroperitoneoscopy pyeloureteroplasty in patients with ureteropelvic junction obstruction （UPJO）. Methods A total of 53 patients underwent retroperitoneoscopy pyeloureteroplasty in our department in recent 6 years were selected as the study objects. The diagnosis and treatment of retroperitoneoscopy pyeloureteroplasty were retrospective analyzed. Results The operation of 53 patients was completed successfully under retroperitoneoscope, intraoperative ureteral stenosis was confirmed in 3 cases due to fibrous tissue surrounding the ureter, and the rest were primary ureteral stenosis. Postoperative follow-up showed that kidney seeper symptoms eased significantly in most patients. Conclusion Retroperitoneoscopy pyeloureteroplasty is a reliable surgery method for the treatment of ureteropelvicjunction stenosis or obstruction.
