摘要
目的研究硫酸镁治疗小儿重症哮喘的疗效。方法选择2016年4月至2017年12月医院收治的住院重症哮喘患儿37例,将其随机分为试验组(18例)和对照组(19例)。对照组患儿给予甲泼尼龙治疗,试验组患儿则给予硫酸镁治疗,治疗3 d后观察两组患儿的症状体征消失时间、治疗前、后动脉血气变化、FeNO水平及通气功能。结果试验组喘息、哮鸣音消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组患儿的PaO_2、pH均显著升高,PaCO_2显著降低,且PaO_2显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组的FEV1及PEF均显著升高,FeNO水平显著降低,且FEV1及FeNO水平优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论硫酸镁治疗小儿重症哮喘的疗效较好,可明显改善通气功能,提高患儿的康复率,对临床治疗具有一定的指导意义。
Objective To study the efficacy of Methods A total of 37 children with severe asthma 2017 and randomly divided into experimental group were treated with methylprednisolone. The children magnesium sulfate in the treatment of severe asthma in children. treated in the hospital were selected from April 2016 to December (n=18) and control group (n=19). The children in the control group n the experimental group were treated with magnesium sulfate. After three days of treatment, the disappearance time of symptoms and signs, arterial blood gas changes, FeNO level and ventilation function before and after treatment of the two groups were observed. Results The respite and wheezing disappearance time in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group (P〈0.05). After treatment, the levels of PaO2 and pH of the experimental group significantly increased, PaCO2 level significantly decreased, and the PaO2 level was significantly higher than that in the control group (P〈0.05). After treatment, the levels of FEV1 and PEF of the experimental group significantly increased, the level of FeNO significantly decreased, and the levels of FEV1 and FeNO were better than those in the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Magnesium sulfate is effective in treating severe asthma in children. It can significantly improve ventilation function and increase the recovery rate of children. It has certain guiding significance for clinical treatment.
