疏血通注射液治疗急性期脑梗的疗效及对梗死区侧枝循环重建的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨疏血通注射液治疗急性期脑梗的疗效及对梗死区侧枝循环重建的影响。方法将60例急性期脑梗患者根据随机数表法分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组接受常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合使用疏血通注射液,对比两组的疗效、治疗前、后梗死区脑血流量及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组的缺血区域脑血流量均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗期间均未见不良反应发生。结论急性期脑梗患者在常规治疗基础上联合使用疏血通注射液,可提高治疗效果,增加患者脑梗区脑血流量,促进侧枝循环重建,且不会增加用药不良反应。 Objective To explore the efficacy of Shuxuetong injection on acute cerebral infarction and its effects on reconstruction of collateral circulation in infarct zone. Methods A total of 60 patients with acute cerebral infarction were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received routine treatment, and the observation group received Shuxuetong injection on the basis of the control group. The efficacy, cerebral blood flow in the ischemic area before and after treatment and the occurrence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P〈0.05). After treatment, the cerebral blood flow in the ischemic area of the both groups increased, and that in the observation group was higher than the control group (P〈0.05). No adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during the treatment period. Conclusion Combined use of Shuxuetong injection on the basis of conventional treatment on acute cerebral infarction patients can improve the therapeutic effect, increase the cerebral blood flow in the cerebral infarction area, promote the collateral circulation reconstruction, and will not increase the adverse drug reactions.
