通络祛风汤加味辅助治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效及对血清LL-37水平的影响

Efficacy of modified Tongluo Qufeng decoction in adjuvant treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris and its effect on the level of serum LL-37

目的探讨通络祛风汤加味辅助治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效及对血清抗菌肽37(LL-37)水平的影响。方法选取2017年3月至2018年4月医院收治的冠心病心绞痛患者88例,根据随机数表法分为观察组(44例)和对照组(44例)。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予通络祛风汤加味治疗,对比两组临床疗效及治疗前、后血清LL-37水平。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组血清LL-37水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通络祛风汤加味辅助治疗可有效改善冠心病心绞痛患者血清LL-37水平,提高治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of modified Tongluo Qufeng decoction in adjuvant treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris and its effect on serum the levels of antimicrobial peptide 37 （LL-37）. Methods Eighty- eight patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris treated in the hospital from March 2017 to April 2018 were selected and divided into observation group （n=44） and control group （n=44） by random number table. The control group was treated with routine western medicine, while the observation group was treated with modified Tongluo Qufeng decoction based on the control group. The clinical effects and serum LL-37 levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）; after treatment, the serum LL-37 levels of the two groups decreased, and that in the observation group was lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Modified Tongluo Qufeng decoction in adjuvant treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris can effectively improve serum LL-37 levels of patients, increase curative effects.
