超声弹性应变率在甲状腺结节鉴别诊断中的应用价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨超声弹性应变率在甲状腺结节鉴别诊断中的应用价值。方法选取2017年2月至2018年2月本院62例(共92个结节)甲状腺结节患者为研究对象,均经手术病理检查确诊。62例患者均分别实施常规超声、超声弹性成像检查。以手术病理结果为标准,分析常规超声、超声弹性成像的诊断准确性。结果良性结节超声弹性应变率低于恶性结节(P<0.05)。联合诊断准确度显著高于常规超声、超声弹性应变率单独诊断(P<0.05)。结论甲状腺良、恶性结节鉴别诊断中,超声弹性应变率应用价值较高,联合常规超声检查能提升诊断准确度,值得进行深入研究和推广。 Objective To explore the application value of ultrasonic elastic strain rate in differential diagnosis of thyroid nodule. Methods A total of 62 patients with thyroid nodules (92 nodules) in our hospital were selected as study objects from February 2017 to February 2018. All patients underwent conventional ultrasound and ultrasound elastography. The diagnostic accuracy of routine ultrasound and ultrasound elastography were analyzed based on the results of surgical pathology. Results The ultrasonic elastic strain rate of the benign nodules was higher than that of the malignant nodules (P〈0.05). The accuracy of combined diagnostic of conventional ultrasound and ultrasonic elastic strain rate was higher than those of the individual diagnosis (P〈0.05). Conclusion In the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules, the ultrasound elastic strain rate has high application value, it can improve the diagnostic accuracy that combined with conventional ultrasound examination, it is worthy of further research and promotion.
