Objective To explore the influence of improvement comprehensive nursing program in operation room on the intervention effect of gastrointestinal surgery. Methods A total of 100 patients with gastrointestinal surgery from April 2016 to April 2018 were selected as the subjects. According to the coin throwing method, all the patients were divided into control group and study group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group and the study group were given conventional operating room nursing and operation room improvement comprehensive nursing program respectively. The nursing effects were compared between the two groups. Results The recovery time of postoperative gastrointestinal motility in the study group was significantly shorter than that of the control group (P〈0.05). The excellent and good rate of incision healing in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the incision infection rate was significantly lower than that of the control group (P〈0.05). The incidences of pulonmary infection and urinary trat infection in the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Operation room improvement comprehensive nursing program can effectively promote the recovery of patients' gastrointestinal peristalsis function and wound healing, reduce postoperative complications, with a high application value in patients with gastrointestinal surgery.
