铋剂临床应用进展

随着我国社会经济的飞速发展,人们对消化系统疾病的研究逐渐深入并取得诸多进展,许多高水平的基础实验、临床研究不断取得新成果;但消化系统疾病中仍存在许多难愈的疾病,患者需要长期反复用药,因而药物研究也成为实验研究一个重要的方面。铋剂是一种黏膜保护剂,在临床中已有百年应用历史,但它的使用一直备受争议,因此,本文就铋剂的作用机制、不同剂型及治疗效果等方面进行综述,并介绍了国内铋剂的发展趋势。

Bismuth is a kind of mucosa protectant, which has been used in clinic for hundred years, but its use is controversial for long time, Therefore, the mechanism, different dosage forms and therapeutic effects of bismuth agent are summarized in this paper, and the development trend of bismuth agent in China is introduced.
