Since China adopted its reform and opening up policies 40 years ago,millions of students at their own expense have become the main body and mainstream of China＇s overseas study.They serve to underpin national strategies of ＂ B R＂,developing China through science and education,talents and innovation.And it is the studying abroad agencies which have made all this progress possible.They are an important component of China＇s reform and opening up policies and studying abroad course,and a key driving force as well as a guarantee for the internationalization of education in China.In the new era,agencies of self-sponsored studying programs should focus more on the general strategy of talent development of the country,meeting the need of the country and its people in terms of education and diplomatic strategy so as to make greater contribution to the rejuvenation of China.
