江门在粤港澳大湾区中的定位及发展建议

粤港澳大湾区是我国在新时期进一步深化改革和对外开放,落实"一国两制"的重要部署。如何准确定位湾区内各个城市的功能定位,实现资源互补,差异化竞争是粤港澳大湾区建设的重要内容。江门是我国著名的侨乡,位于珠三角西部,它曾是广东经济奇迹之一,但江门错过了改革开放后第一波黄金发展期,经济发展滞后于珠三角其他城市。粤港澳大湾区战略被视作江门发展的重大历史机遇,江门如何抓住粤港澳大湾区的发展机遇实现追赶是江门市关注的重点。通过分析江门市在粤港澳大湾区建设中的基础和优势,以及其经济发展遇到的问题,认为江门应定位为珠西综合交通门户,先进装备制造业产地,粤港澳大湾区文化旅游目的地,并为实现江门发展目标提出加快交通设施建设、提升落实"珠西战略"、实现大广海湾发展定位,探索发展飞地经济、打造世界级旅游区等建议。

The Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is a national strategy to maintain the prosperity of Hong Kong and Macao under the principle of One country-Two systems.Jiangmen,as a famous hometown of overseas Chinese,is a less developed city.For Jiangmen,the construction of the Bay Area is a historical opportunity for the city to catch up with the other cities.This article discusses the positioning of Jiangmen in the construction of the Bay Area,and provides some suggestions on Jiangmen＇s development.
