摘要
目的:分析纳米细菌对类风湿性关节炎患者局部组织生物标记物表达的影响。方法:对我院54例类风湿性关节炎患者抽取血清进行纳米细菌检测,根据纳米细菌检出浓度分为3组,比较各组患者关节液中主要必需元素、血清中细胞因子、免疫生化指标、骨代谢指标含量的差异。结果:各组患者血清中钙含量比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);IL-1、TNF-ɑ、CRP含量比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);IgM、IgA、抗CCPP含量比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);CTX-1、RF、ESR含量差异比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:类风湿性关节炎患者关节液中纳米细菌检出情况对其血清细胞因子、免疫指标等表达均有一定影响,纳米细菌检出浓度越高,患者血清中炎症因子和免疫指标表达含量相对越高。
Objective: To evaluate the effect of nanobacteria on the expression of local tissue biomarkers in patients with rheumatoid arthritis. Methods: The serum of 54 patients with rheumatoid arthritis in our hospital was extracted for the detec tion of nanobacteria. There were three groups according to the detected concentration of nanobacteria~ and the differences of the main essential elemcnts, cytokines in serum, immune biochemical indicators and bone metabolism indicators in the three groups were compared. Results: The serum calcium content of the three groups was significantly different (P〈0.05). IL-1 , TNF a,CRP levels were significant difference (P〈0.05) ; The contents of IgM, IgA and anti ccpp were significantly different (P〈0.05). The contents of ctx-1, RF and ESR were also significantly different (P〈0.05). Conclusions: The detection of nanobacteria in the joint fluid of patients with rheumatoid arthritis has certain influence on the expression of serum cytokines and immune indicators. The higher the concentration of nanobacteria detected is, the higher the expressions of inflammatory factors and immune indicators in the serum of patients are.
