摘要
加热炉作为油田热能的重要提供设备,如何科学的对加热炉耗能情况进行测试分析与评价。文章结合Q/SY 09003-2017《油气田用加热炉能效分级测试与评价》,选取加热炉进行现场实践测试,并对比GB/T 31453-2015《油田生产系统节能监测规范》进行评价,通过对比分析低效高耗能加热炉存在的问题,并提出改进建议。
Heating furnace is an important equipment for oilfield thermal energy, and it s a problem on how to test and evaluate the energy consumption of heating furnace.The paper combines Q/SY 09003-2017《energy efficiency grade test and evaluation for heating furnace in oil and gas field》,and select heating furnace for field practice test,compared with GB/T 31453-2015《monitoring and testing code for conservation of oilfield production system》.The existing problems of inefficient and high-energy heating furnace are compared and analyzed which makes recommendations for improvement.
