摘要 本文根据聚酯装置中丁二醇蒸汽喷射真空系统的工艺流程及特点,设计出此套真空系统,并对不同设计方案的引射器、冷凝器进行了对比分析。结果表明引射器采用特型型面方案设计的拉法尔喷嘴比锥形喷嘴单位产能节约动力蒸汽6. 5%,冷凝器采用伞板结构比液柱结构节约冷凝液1. 49%。运用数值模拟技术对拉法尔喷嘴流动特性的分析结果表明,特型型面喷嘴出口Ma较锥形喷嘴高3. 7%。整套系统投入运行后引射器、冷凝器工作稳定,真空度满足系统工艺要求。 The vacuum system was designed based on the technological process and characteristics of butanediol vacuum system in the PBT device, and the ejector and condenser with different design schemes were comparised.The results show that the ejector motive vapour of Laval nozzle designed by the special type surface is less 6.5% than the cone surface, and the condensate of condenser designed by umbrella plate structure is less 1.49% than the liquid column structure .The flow characteristics of Laval nozzle was analyzed by numerical simulation technology.The results show that the Ma of outlet of nozzle designed by the special type surface is 3.7% higher than the cone nozzle, and the ejectors and condensers are stable after the whole system put into operation.The system meet process requirements.
