摘要
为验证混合动力汽车开发中的再生制动控制策略,研制一种基于dSPACE的混合动力汽车再生制动试验台。试验台采用可移动式四轮支撑形式,半轴处连接两个驱动轮,并将底盘测功机作为功率吸收和数据采集装置。采用dSPACE系统作为试验台系统的实时控制器,建立电动机驱动系统数学模型。最后,进行再生制动试验,试验结果表明:在车速为50km/h,制动强度为0.1的条件下可以进行制动,SOC值从0.670 8上升到0.674 9,验证设定控制策略下的能量回收情况。
For verify control strategies of regenerative braking in the course of developing hybrid electric vehicle(HEV), a kind of test bed is developed based on dSPACE. The test bed uses four removable wheels as supporting, and there are two driving wheels in haft axis. The test bed uses chassis dynamometer as absorbing power device and data acquisition device. And dSPACE system is used as real time control component, and the mathematical model of motor drive system is established. Tests of regenerative braking is done. The test results show SOC can rise from 0. 6708 to 0.6749 when vehicle speed is 50 km/ h and brake intensity is 0.1. The test results verify condition of power recycling on given control strategies.
