摘要
从细观角度出发,以集料X-Ray CT扫描图像为数据源,运用计算机图形图像技术建立集料颗粒的三维实体模型,在此基础上实现集料的体积、球度和棱角性的虚拟测量,并对集料体积的测量结果进行试验验证。结果表明,集料体积虚拟测量结果的最大误差为2%,平均误差为1.2%,验证所提出方法的可行性和有效性。
Based on X ray CT images, 3D solid models of aggregate particles were constructed using computer graphics and image processing technology. After that, the aggregate volume, sphericity and angularity were virtually measured. Experiments show that the maximum and mean error of virtually measured aggregate volume are 2% and 1.2%, respectively, which infer the feasibility and reliability of the proposed method.
