投加悬浮载体对MBR泥饼层膜污染的影响研究 被引量:2

摘要 膜生物反应器(MBR)容易出现膜污染且膜造价较高,给操作管理带来不便,限制了进一步推广应用,有效控制膜污染是保证MBR系统稳定运行的关键。通过向MBR中投加一种柱状悬浮载体,考察了对一体式MBR中膜污染和污水处理效率的影响。结果表明,投加悬浮载体对膜污染有明显减缓作用,对污水处理效果有所提高。TMP可降低14. 9 Kpa,COD去除率可达95. 1%,NH+4-N去除率可达97. 3%。20%悬浮载体投加量处理效果最好,高污泥浓度条件投加悬浮载体效果更好。 Membrane bioreactor(MBR) can cause membrane fouling and high cost easily, which brings inconvenience to operation management and restricts its further application. Effective control of membrane fouling is the key to ensure the stable operation of MBR system. By adding a columnar suspension vector to MBR, the effect of membrane fouling and wastewater treatment efficiency were investigated. The results show that the effect of suspension carrier on membrane fouling is obvious, and the treatment effect is improved. TMP can be reduced by 14.9 Kpa, COD removal rate can reach 95.1% , NH4+ reach 97.3%. 20% of the suspension cartier has the best treatment effect, and the high sludge concentration suited for the mitigation of MBR membrane fouling and the improvement of sewage treatment effect.
