摘要
不合理的机场规划布局不仅会导致建设成本增加,还会破坏自然生态环境。针对上述问题,引入环保因素,采用两段法对民用机场规划布局进行研究。第一阶段分析节点指标(经济、区位、环境质量)的重要度,根据重要度综合分析结果,选出一个节点进行初步规划布局。第二阶段在第一阶段的基础上,对其初步布局进行优化。首先设定布局优化模型的约束条件,然后建立布局优化模型,最后利用MATLAB软件对其进行求解,确定民用机场的最优规划布局方案,实现经济效益和环境效益的双赢。
Unreasonable airport layout will not only increase the construction cost, but also destroy the natural ecological en- vironment. In view of the above problems, the two - section method is applied to study the layout of civil airports in which environmental factors are taken into consideration. In the first stage, the importance of node index ( economic, regional and environmental quality) is analyzed. According to the results of the comprehensive analysis of the importance, a node is selected for the preliminary planning and layout. The second stage is to optimize its initial layout on the basis of the first stage. Firstly, the constraints of the layout optimization model are set, and then the layout optimization model is established. Finally, the MATLAB soft-ware is used to solve it, and the optimal planning layout of the civil airport is determined, and the win - win of economic and environmental benefits can be achieved.
