新型纳米载银介孔二氧化硅材料封闭牙本质小管的体外研究

摘要 目的:评价新型纳米载银介孔二氧化硅材料(Ag-MSNs@sSiO_2)对牙本质小管的封闭效果。方法:选取完整无龋的第三磨牙15颗,备成1mm厚近圆牙本质片,每片均分为四小片,随机分为四组分别为:A组(配置的去离子水)、B组(Ag-MSNs@sSiO_2分散液)、C组(Gluma脱敏剂)和D组(硝酸银溶液)。扫描电镜观察各组牙片的变化。用SPSS 13.0软件包对各组数据进行分析。结果:扫描电镜横剖面显示Ag-MSNs@sSiO_2分散液封闭牙本质小管效果优于硝酸银溶液,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。虽Ag-MSNs@sSiO_2封闭牙本质小管效果较Gluma脱敏剂更好,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。这说明两者表面封闭效果较为相近。电镜纵剖面显示Ag-MSNs@sSiO_2进入孔道内部较Gluma更深。结论:Ag-MSNs@sSiO_2堵塞牙本质小管的效果最佳,其作为一种新型的脱敏剂将有较好的应用前景。 Objective: To evaluate the effect of mesoporous silica loaded with silver nanoparticles on dentinal tubules.Methods: Fifteen extracted intact and non-carious human premolars were selected and made into1 mm thick circle dentin slices. Each slice was cut into 4 parts and randomly divided into 4 groups:group A(deionized water), group B(Ag-MSNs@sSiO2),group C(GLUMA desensitizer) and group D(AgNO3). All the samples in four groups were observed with scanning electron microscropes, then the relative area of opened dentinal tubules in four groups was statistically analyzed with SPSS 13.0 software package. Results: In cross section view of dentinal surface under SEM, it showed statistically difference that Ag-MSNs@sSiO2 had better occluding effects than AgNO3(P〈0.05). It showed no statistically difference between Ag-MSNs@sSiO2 and GLUMA desensitizer, although Ag-MSNs@sSiO2 had better occluding effects. It indicated that the effect between them maybe similar. In vertical section view of dentinal surface, Ag-MSNs@sSiO2 penetrated deeper in the dentinal tubules than GLUMA desensitizer. Conclusion: Treatment with Ag-MSNs@sSiO2 shows better occluding effects.Thus, this novel nanomaterial could improve or open up new possible applications in clinical dentistry.
