摘要 文章对带颈对焊法兰与锥形封头直连结构进行了有限元分析,研究了各个参数对直连结构内应力分布的影响,并与带颈对焊法兰和锥形封头之间加筒节的结构进行了对比,结果表明,半锥顶角、过渡段转角半径对直连结构内的应力有较大的影响。同时还考察了直连结构法兰密封面的密封性,为带颈对焊法兰与锥形封头直连结构设计提供有效参考。 This paper performs finite element analysis on the direct connection of the welded flange with neck and conical head.It studies the effect of each parameter on the stress distribution in the direct connection structure.The paper also makes a comparison of the direct connection structure with the structure having a tube joint between the welded flange with neck and conical head.The results show that the half cone apex angle and the corner radius of transition section have greater effect on the stress in direct connection structure.Meanwhile,the paper also investigates the sealing performance of the flange structure.This provides an effective reference for the design of direct connection structure of welded flange with neck and conical head.
