固定管板式换热器管板的应力分析和强度评定 被引量:9

摘要 利用有限元软件ANSYS Workbench 17.0对固定管板式换热器的管板在管程单独作用、壳程单独作用、管程和温差同时作用、壳程和温差同时作用、管程和壳程同时作用以及管程、壳程和温差同时作用的多种工况下进行应力分析和强度评定。结果表明:在管程和温差同时作用的工况下,管板的等效应力最大值出现在管板与筒体相连接的部位;管板最大变形量出现在管板外边缘。采用线处理法对应力进行当量线性化处理,验证管板结构强度合格。 In this paper,the stress analysis and strength evaluation of the tube sheet of fixed tube sheet heat exchanger under various working conditions including the tube side stress only,the shell side stress only,the tube side stress and action of thermal difference,the shell side stress and action of thermal difference,the tube side stress and shell side stress and action of thermal difference simultaneously are made by using the finite element software ANSYS Workbench 17.0.And the results show that under the condition of the tube side stress and action of thermal difference simultaneously,the maximum equivalent stress occurred at the connected parts between the body of heat exchange and the tube sheet;the maximum deformation appeared at the outer edge of the tube sheet.This article adopts the line processing method to linearize the stress and the structure strength of the tube sheet is verified to be up to the standard.
