摘要
胜坨油田在经过了40多年开采后,主力单元的综合含水率已经超过90%,但是仍有占地质储量约三分之二的原油留在地层中,说明胜坨油田具有强大的开发潜力。20世纪90年代后,在世界范围内新增的探明石油储量已十分有限。因此,人们开发多种三次采油技术用以开采油藏中的剩余油。胜坨油田A井区具有油稠、非均质性差等特点,而聚合物驱能克服这些不利因素,进一步提高采收率。通过研究聚合物驱相关配套工艺技术,结合现场试验对影响注聚效果的因素进行研究,并加强矿场注入管理,提高注入质量,针对油藏聚驱后续开发提出改进意见,对同类油藏的聚驱开发具有重要的指导意义,为今后注聚驱油技术的推广提供了非常宝贵的现场经验。
After more than 40 years of mining, the comprehensive water cut of the main unit has exceeded 90 %, but there are still about two-thirds of the crude oil remaining in the stratum, indicating that the Shengtuo oilfield has strong development potential. After the 1990s, the newly discovered proven oil reserves around the world have been very limited. Therefore, a variety of tertiary oil recovery techniques have been developed to extract the re- maining oil in the reservoir. The A well area of Shengtuo oilfield has the characteristics of oil thickness and poor heterogeneity, and polymer flooding can overcome these unfavorable factors and further improve oil recovery. By studying the related process technology of poly- mer flooding, combined with field tests to study the factors affecting the effect of injection, and strengthen the management of mine injection, improve the quality of injection, and propose improvements for the subsequent development of reservoir flooding, for similar reservoirs. The development of polymer flooding has important guiding significance and provides invaluable field experience for the promotion of oil flooding technology in the future.
