江苏油田污水处理系统中微生物群落结构及分布特征研究 被引量:2

摘要 利用基因文库法对江苏油田高二联和杨家坝污水处理站系统中水样进行检测,建立文库,并用DGGE法分析了回注水中微生物群落结构。文库结果表明发现水样中以未培养的细菌为主,占总体的近40%,其次是罗氏地细菌和硫酸盐还原菌分别约占16%,假单胞菌约占7%,端细菌及琥珀菌分别约占5%,其他等约占8%。根据油田功能菌(腐生菌、硫酸盐还原菌及铁细菌)分,腐生菌约占44%,硫酸盐还原菌约占16%,铁细菌<2%,未培养其生理生化特性不明的微生物占40%。DGGE技术分析表明高二联系统中铁细菌增加,而SRB减少。杨家坝系统中,铁细菌和SRB均增加。铁细菌在高二联系统中比杨家坝系统中多,而SRB在杨家坝系统中比高二联系统多。 The water samples of Gaoerlian and Yangjiaba sewage treatment plant systemswere tested by using gene library method in Jiangsu oilfield. The gene libraries were established, and the microbial community structure was analysis with DGGE. The results showedthat the uncultured bacteria, accounting for nearly 40 % of the total in water samples, followed by Roche in bacteria and sulfate reducing bacteria accounted for approximately 16 %,pseudomonas accounted about 7 %. According oilfield functional bacteria(saprophytes, sulfate -reducing bacteria and iron bacteria)points, accounting for approximately 44 % ofsaprophytes, sulfate-reducing bacteria accounted for approximately 16 %, iron bacteria accounted for 〈2 %, uncultured microorganisms accounted for 40 %. DGGE analysis showedthat iron bacteria increased, while SRB reduced in Gaoerlian systems. The iron bacteria andSRB were increased in Yangjiaba system. Iron bacteria in Gaoerlian system was more thanwhich in Yangjiaba system, while SRB in Yangjiaba system was more than which in Gaoerlian system.
