摘要 目的:考察不同温度、pH值、光照情况对蒙药肉苁蓉提取物的稳定性影响。方法:采用紫外分光光度法测定肉苁蓉提取物中苯乙醇苷成分的含量,检测波长为330nm,分别考察不同pH(4. 10、5. 12、6. 05、7. 00、7. 13)、不同温度(50℃、60℃、70℃、80℃、90℃)不同放置时间(25℃,0d、5d、10d、15d、20d、30d),避光与见光情况下肉苁蓉提取物稳定性情况。结果:在室温下,肉苁蓉提取物放置30d后,其中苯乙醇苷含量未见明显变化;在加热条件下,肉苁蓉提取物在50℃~90℃放置8h,未见明显含量变化;在不同pH条件下,肉苁蓉提取物的降解速度随着pH降低,含量降低加速。结论:肉苁蓉提取物稳定性受温度、放置时间、光照影响较小,受pH影响较大,pH越低分解速度越快。 Aim:The effects of different temperatures, pH and light conditions on the stability of Cistanche deserticola Y. C. Ma extract were studied. Method: The content of phenethyl glucoside in Cistanche deserticola extract were detected by Ultraviolet Spectrophotometry, the detection wavelength was 330nm. Different pH (4.10, 5.12, 6.05, 7, 7.13), different temperatures (50℃、60℃、70℃、80℃、90℃), different storage time (25℃, 0, 5, 10, 15, 20, 30 days), light and light shielded congdition were examined separately. Results:At room temperature, after 30 days of storage, there was no obvious change in the content of phenylethanoid glycoside. Under the condition of heating, the extract of Cistanche deserticola was placed at 50℃-90℃ for 8h, no obvious change in content was observed. Under different pH conditions, the degradation rate of Cistanche deserticola decreased with the decrease of pH,the decrease in content is accelerated. Conclusion:The stability of Cistanche deserticola extract was less affected by temperature, storage time and light, and was greatly influenced by pH. The lower the pH, the faster the decomposition rate.
