蒙成药中重金属元素含量的测定及评价

Determination and evaluation of the heavy metals in some Mongolian patent medicines

目的:测定22种蒙成药中重金属Pb、As、Cd、Cr、Cu的含量并对其进行分析与评价,判断样品是否被污染和污染程度。方法:采用湿法消解-ICP-AES法检测这些蒙成药样品中的重金属元素含量并用单因子污染指数法和内梅罗综合污染指数法评价药品的污染程度。结果:实验数据显示,所收集的22种蒙成药重金属元素Pb、As、Cd、Cu的含量均在2015版《中国药典》规定的限量范围之内,但《中国药典》并没有对Cr元素含量进行限量,而本实验中部分蒙成药Cr元素的含量较高,促使部分样品的单因子指数和综合污染指数较大,说明这些样品受到不同程度的重金属污染,总计污染样品占到所收集样品的27. 2%。结论:所有样品均未受到Pb、As、Cd、Cu的污染,但部分样品可能受到Cr元素的污染,需要考虑在重金属的限量标准里是否应该加入Cr元素的限量标准。

Oblective To determine the contents of Pb, As,Cd,Cr and Cu in Mongolian Patent Medicines and evaluate whether the samples were polluted and pollution degree. Methods The contents of heavy metals in Mongolian Patent Medicines were determined by wet digestion-ICP-AES and the pollution degree was evaluated by the single factor evaluation method and Nemerow integrated pollution index method. Results The results showed that concentrations of heavy metal Pb, As, Cd and Cu in the samples were below the permissible limits of Chinese pharmacopoeia （2015）, while concentration of Cr in some samples was high, in the Chinese pharmacopoeia there so far is no standard limit for Cr. Conclution The pollution of Pb, As, Cd and Cu was none, while the pollution of Cr may be existed, so the standard limit of Cr should be complemented.
