高校辅导员是学校学团工作的主要力量,而在辅导员配备不足的今天,仅凭辅导员一己之力完成学团工作的庞大体系,是相当困难的。因此如何有效利用学生干部队伍完善学团工作体系,成为学校和学院推动学团建设的首要命题。本文主要对学生干部队伍现状和如何利用学生干部完善学团工作体系进行了分析与探究。

College counselors are the main force in the work of school clubs. However, nowadays, it is rather difficuh to complete the huge system of work of school clubs with only the counselors. Therefore, how to make effective use of the student cadre team to perfect the work system of the school league has become the first proposition for the school and the college to promote the construction of the school league. This paper mainly analyzes and explores the current situation of the student cadre team and how to use the student cadre to improve the work system of the school league.
