基于犯罪生态论的南疆地区青少年犯罪分析

Analysis on the Juvenile Delinquency in Southern Xinjiang Based on the Criminal Ecology

犯罪生态学是犯罪学与环境学在地理学上的应用,侧重从罪犯所处的社会环境和个体生长环境展开犯罪分析。以犯罪生态学视角观察南疆地区青少年犯罪,影响犯罪的因素包括当地经济发展水平、青少年受教育程度、家庭环境和社会风气。公安机关、民政部门等政府部门和学校、家庭应共同努力,全方位预防青少年犯罪。

The criminal ecology which is the application of criminology and environmental science in geography, it focuses on the crime analysis from social environment and individual growth environment of the criminals. Through viewing the juvenile delinquency in southern Xinjiang from the perspective of criminal ecology, the influencing factors of crimes include the level of local economic development, the level of adolescents education, the family environment and social atmosphere. The public security organs, civil affairs departments and other government departments, schools and families should make joint efforts to prevent juvenile delinquency in comprehensive prevention.
