基于镍熔炼过程的监测系统的开发研究

摘要 本文主要介绍了镍熔炼过程新型实时监测网络结构的优点并结合了实际运用的过程。新型系统相较传统技术功能实用性更加强大,检测的结果也更加的精准,并且因为有较好的抗干扰能力以及运行稳定性,有望成为新一代生产过程检查监控和分析的专用工具,为管理人员以及操作人员排忧解难。 This paper mainly introduces the advantages of a new real-time monitoring network structure for nickel smeltingprocess and its practical application. Compared with the traditional technology, the new system has more powerful function, more accurate detection results, and because of its better anti-interference ability and operation stability, it is expected to become a new generation of production process inspection monitoring and analysis of special tools for managers and operators to solve problems.
