摘要
通过对赣南某钨矿山选矿厂原选矿工艺进行调查研究,充分了解到原工艺流程所存在的回收率较低以及部分有用矿物无法回收的问题,通过选矿试验研究对工艺进行改造,采用重选、磁选、浮选等多种选矿方式相结合的工艺流程,可获得较好质量指标的钨精矿、锡精矿、铜精矿以及可实现部分有用金属矿物的综合回收利用。
Through the investigates and researches for mineral processing flowsheet of Tungsten mine in South of Jiangxi Province, fully understand the problems about the low recovery rate and waste of useful mineral partly which caused by original mineral processing flowsheet. After experiment and study of mineral processing, the mineral processing flowsheet was improved. The technological process is combined with gravity separation, magnetic separation and flotation, achieved to get better quality of tungsten concentrate, tin concentrate, copper concentrate, meantime, and some useful metallic minerals could be comprehensively recovered and utilized.
