摘要 矿山企业在生产运营的过程中,选矿厂选出精矿后会产生大量泥砂状的尾矿,这些尾矿中含有一定数量的有用成分和有害成分,如果随意排放既导致资源的流失和浪费,还会覆没农田、河道,导致严重的污染和灾害。目前,我国要求矿山企业应设立尾矿库来负责尾矿的贮存或进行无害化处理,因此尾矿库的合理建设与日常维护,成为各级安监部门和环保部门重点关注的环节。 In the process of production and operation, a large number of muddy and sandy tailings will be produced after the concentrate is selected by the concentrator. These tailings contain a certain amount of useful and harmful components. If discharged randomly, it will not only lead to the loss and waste of resources, but also cover farmland and rivers, leading to serious pollution and disasters. At present, China requires mining enterprises to set up tailings ponds to be responsible for the storage or harmless treatment of tailings, so the reasonable construction and daily maintenance of tailings ponds has become a key concern of safety supervision departments and environmental protection departments at all levels.
