摘要
使用不同涂层后的硬质合金立铣刀对316L不锈钢进行铣削,测定了不同刀具后刀面的磨损程度,借助于扫描电子显微镜观察了刀具的磨损形貌,分析了刀具的磨损机理。结果表明,在316L不锈钢连续切削过程中,硬质合金刀具磨损的主要形式是磨粒磨损和粘结磨损,切削初期主要为磨粒磨损,后期主要为粘结磨损。
316L stainless steel was milled with cemented carbide end milling cutter with different coatings, and the wear degree of the back face of different cutters was measured. The results show that the main wear forms of cemented carbide tools are abrasive wear and adhesive wear in 316L stainless steel continuous cutting process, and the main wear forms are abrasive wear in the initial cutting stage and adhesive wear in the later cutting stage.
