摘要
冷轧镀锌钝化辊涂机涂覆辊与拾料辊在运行过程中因使用消耗导致辊间压力逐渐发生变化。如果能实现涂覆辊和拾料辊辊间压力的闭环控制,可以使带钢表面的钝化膜厚度更稳定,有利于保证关键工艺参数的统一性,避免产品质量的差异,当带钢规格发生变化时,压力的执行机构的自动调节也有利于减少涂覆辊的辊耗。
The pressure between the roller and the pick-up roller during the running process of the cold-rolled galvanized passivation roller coating machine gradually change due to the consumption of the roller. If the closed-loop control of the pressure between the coating roller and the pick-up roller can be achieved, the thickness of the passivation film on the strip surface can be made more stable, which is beneficial to ensure the uniformity of key process parameters and avoid the difference in product quality. When a change occurs, the automatic adjustment of the actuator of the pressure also contributes to reducing the roller consumption of the coating roller.
