国内炭素厂有多家使用德国KHD公司生产的振动成型机,其广泛推广的成型机有两种规格,一种是双工位滑称式,一种是三工位转台式,该公司两种规格的成型机,其振动工位的结构原理相同,生产效率高。本文主要介绍抽真空装置,在KHD成型机振动成型工位的实际应用与效果分析,阐述抽真空工艺对于生阳极炭块外观合格率、沥青用量,体积密度和强度的影响。

There are many vibratory molding machines manufactured by KHD company in China. The widely popularized molding machines have two specifications, one is double-position sliding weighing type and the other is three-position turntable type. This paper mainly introduces the actual application and effect analysis of the vacuum device in the vibration molding station of the KHD molding machine, and expounds the influence of the vacuum technology on the appearance qualified rate of the anode carbon block, asphalt dosage, volume density and strength.
