A Study on Cooperative Education Mechanism in College Ideological and Political Work

在经济全球化的影响下,信息化技术与多元化理念的共同涌动,为我国各高校思想政治工作带来了严峻的挑战。面对新时期、新形势、新要求,高校思想政治工作应积极完善并形成全面、全体、全程的三维协同育人机制。依据当前协同育人机制现状,以观念为先导、加强思想教育针对性,以领导机制为重点、推动协同创新发展,以团队建设为保障、增强协同育人实效性,以教育载体为依托、营造全过程育人环境。

Under the influence of economic globalization, the common surging of information technology and diversified concepts has brought severe challenges to college ideological and political work in China. Faced with the new era, the new situation and the new requirements, college ideological and political work should be actively improved so as to form the all-round, all-concerned and whole process, three-dimensional collaborative education mechanism. In light of the current status of the collaborative education mechanism, this paper puts forward the following measures： strengthening the pertinence of ideological education by taking the concept as the guide, promoting the development of collaborative innovation by focusing on the leadership mechanism, enhancing the effectiveness of collaborative education by taking team building as the guarantee, and creating the whole-process education environment based on educational carriers.
