嵩口古镇乡村旅游开发制约条件及模式分析

An Analysis on Restrictive Conditions and the Model of Developing Rural Tourism in Songkou Ancient Town

我国乡村旅游开发中存在着大量的"边缘旅游开发乡村",其所面临的由经济地理条件、基础设施、村民意愿程度等障碍因素与乡村经济敏感性、资源可持续等脆弱因素构成的制约条件基本一致。以福建省福州市永泰县嵩口古镇为背景,针对所定义的"边缘旅游开发乡村",提出灵活应用边际开发模式与以村居休闲为导向的"园艺休闲+村居"的旅游开发模式。

There are a large number of ＂marginal tourism development villages＂ in the rural tourism development which are faced with the hindrances in economic and geographical conditions, infrastructure, villagers’ willingness and so on. These hindrance factors are in line with such constraints imposed by the fragile factors like rural economic sensitivity and resource sustainability. This paper takes the ancient town of Songkou in Yongtai County, Fuzhou City, Fujian Province as the research background, gives the definition of ＂marginal tourism development villages＂, proposes the marginal development model of flexible application and the tourism development model of ＂gardening leisure ＋ village residence＂ oriented to the village leisure.
