供给侧改革环境下大学生新型就业路径分析

An Analysis of College Students' New-Type Employment Paths under the Supply-side Reform Environment

供给侧改革在我国逐渐推进,在供给侧改革环境下提升大学生新型就业能力,是我国高校及政府目前所面临的主要问题。从供给侧改革的内涵出发,简要分析供给侧改革背景下大学生就业状况,并针对用人单位、政府、高校以及大学生这四个方面对大学生新型就业路径提出建议,旨在为大学生日后走向社会打下坚实的基础。

With the gradually advancing of supply-side reform, the main problem facing the higher institutions and governments in our country is to improve college students’ new-type employability in the supply-side reform environment. This paper firstly discusses the connotation of supplyside reform, briefly analyzes college students’ employment situation under the background of supply-side reform, and proposes new-type employment paths for college students from the four aspects of employers, governments, universities and college students, aiming to lay a solid foundation for their stepping into society after the graduation.
