摘要
近些年,国家对高校辅导员工作引起了高度重视,不仅由于高校辅导员对高校教学重要,同时也是为改善当前高校辅导员的工作环境。可以说,通过相关部所推行的一系列政策,高校辅导员的工作现状得到了较为明显的改善,但仍然存在不足。通过介绍高校辅导员管理工作激励的特点,分析目前我国高校辅导员管理中存在的问题,并提出新时期高校辅导员管理中激励政策的构建策略。
In recent years, our nation has attached great importance to the work of college counselors due to their important role in college teaching. In order to improve current college counselors’ working environment, a series of policies have been implemented by the relevant departments, and their working situation has got significantly improved; however, there are still deficiencies. In this sense, this paper introduces the characteristics of management incentives on the part of the college counselor, analyzes the existing problems, and proposes strategies of constructing management incentive policies in the new era.
