摘要 近年来教育逐渐受到国家的高度重视,而教育的发展及教学质量的高低都取决于教师的专业能力。因而,全面培养全科型教师,成为新形势下基础教育可持续发展的根本需求。从全科型教师内涵入手,分析全科型教师应具备的基本素养,阐述当前全科型教师培养的主要问题,进而基于此,通过优化招生制度、创新培养机制、构建评价体系三个维度提出全科型教师培养问题的解决策略,旨在能够为教育提供优秀人才,切实提高教学质量,推动教育教学事业的进一步发展。 In recent years, education has been highly valued by the state, and educational development and teaching quality depend on teachers’ professional competence. Therefore, training general teachers has become the fundamental need for the sustainable development of basic education in the new situation. This paper, starting from discussing the connotation of general teachers, analyzes the basic qualities that general teachers should possess, and expounds the main problems currently existing in training general teachers. In this regard, it is proposed the solution strategies from the three dimensions: optimizing enrollment system, innovating training mechanism and constructing evaluation system. The strategies aims at providing excellent talents for education, improving teaching quality, and promoting the further development of education and teaching.
