摘要
对阜阳师范学院108名化学专业的师范生教育实习现状进行问卷调查,结果表明:部分学生不满意学校对实习任务的安排,或持无所谓态度,专业知识、教学基本技能未能得到足够重视,对实习的教学目标、教学内容分析、教学策略和教学方法选择的能力欠缺,与实习指导教师沟通少、听课少、教学方法单一、不能很好处理课堂上出现的意外情况等。因此,师范类院校应制定、完善师范生教育实习培养方案和评估体系,重视并有力宣传教育实习环节,高校与实习生实习的中学密切联系、统筹安排。同时也建议师范类实习生认真研读实习指导手册,明确实习目标和规划,可用同伴录像等方法将自己的上课过程记录下来。
This paper makes a questionnaire survey on the status quo of education internship to 108 chemistry majors in Fuyang Normal University. The following results are found: some students are dissatisfied with the internship task arranged by the college, or they do not care the internship; their professional knowledge and basic teaching skills haven’t received enough attention; they are lack of the ability of setting up teaching objectives, analyzing teaching contents, and selecting teaching strategies and teaching methods; there is no enough communication between the interns and internship instructors; they have less opportunities of observing lectures; they adopt single teaching methods in class; they are unable to deal with unexpected situations in the classroom. Therefore, normal colleges should formulate and improve the training program and evaluation system for normal students’ internships, should attach importance to advocating the educational internships, and should strengthen ties with internship schools and make overall plans and arrangements. In the meanwhile, it is also recommended that the interns of normal students should study the internship instruction manual carefully, be aware of the internship objectives and planning, and take video recording of their own lessons with help of their peers.
