摘要
关注学生的心理成长、智力发展、道德素养、运动能力、社会实践能力,都是基于综合素养全方位人才培养的核心要素。基于综合素质培养的教育目标,根据瑜伽运动的特征,设计了德育、智育、体育、实践四项教学维度。以优化瑜伽教学模式为目标,提供了一种培养综合素养的瑜伽教学模式。旨在为瑜伽运动培养高职学生的综合素质提供理论参考。
The core elements of comprehensive talent training based on comprehensive literacy include students’ psychological growth, intellectual development, moral literacy, athletic ability, and social practice ability. Based on the educational goal of comprehensive quality training, four teaching dimensions are designed according to the characteristics of yoga: moral education, intellectual education, sports education and practice. With the goal of optimizing the yoga teaching model, this paper provides the yoga teaching mode that cultivates comprehensive literacy. The teaching model aims to provide a theoretical reference for training higher vocational students’ comprehensive quality in yoga sports.
