文学教育对医学生人文素养的提升策略研究 被引量:3

摘要 当前医学院校的医学生人文素养培育情况,普遍存在着传统教育理念严重、课程结构不够完善、教学内容过于落后、师资建设有待加强等问题,严重阻碍了医学生人文素养的全面提升。基于文学教育,首先论述了医学生人文素养内涵及提升的重要性,并针对当前医学生人文素养培育中存在的主要问题,通过明确人才培养目标、完善课程结构体系、创建校园人文环境、组织各种实践活动、加强师资团队建设等维度,提出了医学生人文素养提升的有效策略。 At present, there still generally exist some problems in the cultivation of medical students’ humanistic accomplishment in medical colleges, like quite traditional educational concepts, inadequate curriculum structure, too backward teaching contents, and the teacher construction to be strengthened, etc., which seriously hinders the overall improvement of medical students’ humanities. Based on literary education, this paper firstly discusses the connotation of humanistic accomplishment as well as its importance of promoting medical students’ humanistic accomplishment, and points out the main problems in the cultivations. The following effective strategies are suggested for the promotion of medical students’ humanistic accomplishment: clarifying the goal of cultivating talents, improving the curriculum structure system, creating campus humanistic environment, organizing various practical activities, strengthening the construction of teachers staff and so on.
